Hi there! I’m Jessica.
I’m a strategic thinker, process improver, and creative problem solver committed to working with organizations that are addressing climate change. My extensive experience in a variety of fields including local government, tech and non-profit organizations, has strengthened my ability to analyze situations from different perspectives and stakeholder needs. I’ve taken on new challenges with global teams in various sectors gaining insights on best practices to fix, manage, adapt or upcycle all types of projects. By combining the right approach with the right communication strategy, I’m able to bring people together and move initiatives from ideas to completion. My experience comes from working with reputable organizations including City of Santa Monica, CareOregon, Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and Internet Society. I’m also currently a Cohort 5 fellow at Climatebase furthering my climate knowledge.

I know some messy business when I see it. Whether it’s setting a strategy to help teams re-focus to align to a mission and vision, or streamlining the chaos with visual workflows, I can get things back on track for efficiency and success.
Project Management
I can help turn an idea into an actionable plan that can be successfully executed. Timelines and deliverables? I’ve got you covered. I’m also well versed in PM tools like Asana, Smartsheet, Workfront, Lucid and MURAL to track work and collaborate.
Outreach and Engagement
Not much can happen without great communication. I can help plan the who, what and when of project messages to manage change, ensure smooth operations and keep stakeholders engaged.
